We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RNShoes.com. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to work with you to return it for a refund.

RNShoes.com guarantees all products purchased to be free from manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect in your product, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we can only accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date on products in their original condition and packaging. Clearance items ("Final Sale Items") are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

To keep footwear in new and unused condition, please remember to try them on indoors and on carpet to determine proper sizing before wearing them outdoors. Products that have obvious wear markings (scuffs on the shoe or sole) will not be eligible for a refund.

Here is how the return process works:
  1. We will email you a Free UPS return label along with our Merchandise Return form.
  2. You will indicate your items being returned on the Merchandise Return form and place the completed form inside your shipping box.
  3. You'll tape the UPS return label on the outside of your return shipping box. Please do not use the shoebox as the primary shipping box. This will damage the original packaging and will result in a minimum of a $10 re-boxing fee.
  4. Drop off your exchange at any UPS location. To find a location near you, please visit http://www.ups.com.
  5. When we receive your return, we'll inspect each product to ensure it's in original resalable condition. Once your return is accepted, we'll issue you a full refund for the original purchase amount through the original payment method. It usually takes us 2-3 business days to process the return once we receive it in our warehouse.
  6. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days after we've issued the credit for it to be displayed on your account.
We only offer refunds on products purchased from RNShoes.com.

Returned products that do not meet the requirements listed may be subject to a restocking fee, on-account store credit provided, or sent back to you with no refund issued.
